Return Process

  Place the items in their original Anekke dust bag or box, ensuring all protective plastics and tags are still attached.

  Ship the Package

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
